Yunnan Fengqing Dian Hong Red Tower Bud
2020 Dian Hong (Chinese Yunnan) Black Tea. A premium tea hand-harvested and tied opens up to a tea flower. Gives a stunning red golden brown liquor with soft notes of rich caramel and chocolate. Bud height is approximately 40mm.
Cup Colour: golden brown.
Amount of tea per cup: 1 bud per 600ml teapot.
Brewing time: 2 to 3 minutes.
Temperature: Use fresh boiling water, or experiment and use water at 90C and taste the difference. Brew 3 or 4 times keeping the leaves damp (not standing in water) between brews.
