If you are not happy with your tea, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.

  Send the package back to our UK warehouse using a tracked postal service to ensure it arrives safely.

  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
